Jo Yu-ri, born on October 22, 2001, in Busan, South Korea, is a South Korean singer and actress. She first rose to fame when she competed in the reality show Produce 48 (2018) and ranked third, which led to her debut as a member of the girl group IZONE on October 29, 2018. After IZONE disbanded in April 2021, she began a solo career and released her debut single album “Glassy” in October 2021. Since then, she has built a career as both a solo singer and an actress — making her acting debut in the web series Mimicus (2022) and gaining further attention for her role in the recent seasons of Squid Game (2024–2025). Jo Yu-ri is known for her clear vocal tone, expressive performances, and versatility across music and acting.
