Leonardo DiCaprio’s career is one of remarkable range and evolution. He started out in modest roles, appearing in the sitcom Growing Pains (1985) and in early low-budget films like Critters 3 (1991). During the 1990s, he transformed into a global teen idol thanks to starring turns in Romeo + Juliet (1996) and the phenomenon that was Titanic (1997). From there, DiCaprio reshaped his image once again, becoming a powerhouse leading actor in major Hollywood productions and collaborating with some of the world’s most celebrated directors, including Martin Scorsese and Christopher Nolan.
