Lang is widely recognized for his portrayal of Colonel Miles Quaritch in James Cameron’s Avatar franchise, a role that showcased his intense physicality and strong dramatic style. He has appeared in numerous other films, including Tombstone, Public Enemies, Don’t Breathe, Last Exit to Brooklyn, and Gettysburg, where his performance as General George Pickett earned significant praise. In addition to film work, he has had a substantial television career, with roles in series such as Terra Nova, Into the Badlands, and various guest appearances across network and cable shows. Lang is also known for his one-man stage performance in Beyond Glory, a play he wrote and performed based on the real stories of Medal of Honor recipients.
