Sunil (born Indukuri Sunil Varma) is a highly versatile Indian actor who has established himself as a prominent figure in South Indian cinema, working predominantly in Telugu films alongside notable ventures into Tamil and Malayalam industries. Over a career spanning more than 180 films, he originally shot to stardom as one of Tollywood's most dependable and beloved comedians, winning three Nandi Awards and two Filmfare Awards South for his pitch-perfect comic timing. He later successfully transitioned into leading hero roles with box-office hits like Maryada Ramanna (2010) and Poola Rangadu (2012), showcasing impressive physical transformations and dancing skills.
